Alright, so there comes a time in everyone’s life when they need to make a change. But how do you do it? How do you go about making a change? I have a four-step process that I use to help me change with ease. Ease E. A. S. E.

Education The easiest way to learn something is to immerse yourself in the topic. Watching videos, listening to podcasts, reading books, audio books, all of these things are going to help you to develop the school… I keep saying “schools” is it ’cause it’s education,
is that what it is? All these things are great tools to teach you all the things that you’re gonna need to learn and master in order to develop a new skill or to change something in your life. Education is critical.

Awareness and more specifically, self-awareness. If you’re going to learn something new, or maybe break an old habit, your gonna need to stop and really look at the things you are doing every single day that is keeping you from achieving your goal.

Strategy. There are a million different ways to learn how to do something. From learning to be more productive by changing your morning routine, or learning how to invest your money, so that you can retire and kick back on the beach for the rest of your life. There is a strategy available for anything that you want to do in your life. But the one thing that every strategy has in common, is that strategies, no matter how good they are never work unless you do. Commit to taking action on a strategy and then give yourself time and give the strategy time to actually work.

Execution. Strategies are great but if you don’t execute properly, none of them are going to work. Only you are going to know if you’re really following through and executing against a strategy or if you are lying to yourself. So, that’s it. Change with EASE. Education, awareness, strategy and execution. So, what did you think? Do me a favor. In the comment section below, write down something you’d like to change or something you’d like to do in your life, that you think this four-step process would help you do. I’d love to learn more about you and what you are working on. Alright, that’s it for me. Thanks for checking out the video. Do me a favor, give it a share and give it a like. I hope this has helped. I hope you find it beneficial.

Thanks, and we’ll talk again soon.
