Anxiety and Alcohol – How I Quit Drinking

Anxiety, PTSD, depression and other mental disorders often cause people to self-medicate by using alcohol and drugs. This was very true in my case. After years of unhealthy living, both mentally and physically, I took stock of my life and made some major changes. One of the biggest decisions I made was to put down the bottle, step away from alcohol and never drink again. And while this may not be necessary for everyone, it was for me.

In this video, I share my story of why and how I was able to finally say goodbye to alcohol.
